pakvip reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any stage, including at the time of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or upon detection of unusual account activity. KYC documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
All deposits and account balances on pakvip are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pakvip does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond pakvip's control.

pakvip's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pakvip's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
pakvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, pakvip reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (such as voluntary closure by the member), any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.
